Here is the road to follow: all straight towards the sun of our house, CasalSole, as its name suggests, is a bright apartment in the heart of the historic center of Piombino, where attention to every detail will be the pampering with which we wish to give you the pleasure of an unprecedented welcome.
Characteristics.
CasalSole is a newly renovated two-room apartment in the historic center of Piombino, boasting fine finishes and materials, where the use of neutral and at the same time warm and impactful colors are a clear reference to the brilliant Etruscan Coast where we hope you will be able to feel like at your home.
Each space is expertly illuminated thanks to accent or diffused lighting tips, exclusively LED, designed to adapt to every need with an eye to energy saving.
Furry friends.
We love animals and will be happy to have them as our guests too, but for condominium and apartment needs we can accommodate small and medium-sized animals.
Where we are.
CasalSole is located in the main street of Piombino in via Garibaldi, on the second floor of a period building in the heart of the lively historic centre. Among picturesque alleys and evocative panoramic views you can savor local specialties in our typical restaurants just a stone’s throw from the crystal clear sea and the enchanting Piazza Bovio.
CasaalSole is ideal for 3 people, it is composed of a living room with sofa and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed and single bed, bathroom with shower.
It has: Pocket Wifi, 4K Ultra HD LCD TV, air conditioning, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, hairdryer, iron, oven, microwave oven, washing machine, induction hob.
Surroundings.
Just a few minutes away by car, by bus or with a nice walk, don’t forget to visit other beautiful beaches on our promontory such as Calamoresca, an area of our coast where nature offers us fantastic trekking and biking trails completely immersed in greenery, with nature trails that run along the sea until you discover the Etruscan Coast and reach the beaches of the Gulf of Baratti, the Sterpaia Park and Torre Mozza, or even La Torraccia, Rimigliano, Carlappiano, Perelli, Carbonifera and many others.
Passing through coves with breathtaking views such as Spiaggialunga, Fosso Alle Canne, Punta Falcone and Buca delle Fate you can arrive straight at the heart of the extraordinary Populonia, where the Etruscan imprint will take you straight back in time through an unparalleled maritime journey.
LIVING ROOM
The bright living room has a 4k LCD TV, sofa bed, air conditioning and table for 4 people.
KITCHEN
The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, coffee machine, oven, microwave, washing machine, induction hob and everything needed for cooking.
BEDROOM
The room has a comfortable double bed, a single bed and air conditioning.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has a shower cubicle, hairdryer, welcome kit.
VERANDA
Convenient Vweranda where you can store everything you need for your stay.
EXTERNAL
Near Piazza Bovio the largest seaside square in Europe. With a 360° view of the sea, it is the flagship of the Etruscan Coast.

Rules.
Deposit: 30% at the time of booking by bank transfer.
Balance: to be paid upon arrival in cash or check.
Minimum stay: one week from Saturday to Saturday
(June, July and August)
Final cleaning: mandatory €30
Sheets and towels: provided on request
Cancellation.
Free cancellation: within 30 days of arrival.
Otherwise the amount of the deposit paid will be retained.
For cancellations received within the deadlines, the deposit paid will be refunded minus the amount of €30.00 for office expenses, by bank transfer.
Late arrivals or early departures: do not give the right to refunds or reductions on the agreed price.
